Daily Confidence Checks
These checks form the basis
of a 'Daily Confidence Service' that run once
a day and spot small problems before they become
bigger problems. These checks include:
- Backup Check - Alerts to you to issues with
Backup Jobs
- Anti-Virus Check - Ensures system is using
the most up-to-date AV files
- Exchange Information Store Size Check - Checks
the size limit on Exchange Store
- Disk Growth Rate - Checks growth rate in
a 24h period, to make sure nothing 'funny' is
happening
- Critical Events Checks - Reports on Critical
Events from the System Logs
- Disk Health Check - Warns if disks are failing
- Hacker Check - Spots attempts to gain unauthorised
access to your systems
- Confidence Note - Daily e-mail sent to confirm
that the checks have taken place and all is
OK
This service has no contracts, is billed monthly
on the 1st, and is payable at the end of the month.
This can be used on Servers and Workstations (does
not include Exchange or Backup for Workstation,
and is priced accordingly)
24 x 7 Round the Clock Monitoring
This is a comprehensive Monitoring
service, which performs the above Daily Safety
Check once a day, and sends you an email to confirm
this, and provides the following as standard:
- Windows Service Monitoring - Checks any or
all Windows Services to make sure they are running
- Disk Space Check - Alerts if the pre-defined threshold
has been breached
- TCP Port Monitoring - Checks TCP ports are
running and configured (ftp, smtp etc) (5 ports
as standard, more available)
- PING Checks - Checks the status of a remote
office, devices or other network equipment (5
pings as standard, more available)
- Website Check - Ensures your website is displaying
the correct information on static or dynamic
pages
- SNMP & RAID Array Check - Checks any SNMP
device and Pre-Configured RAID health Checks
- 5 minute Interval Checking, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week!
- Secure Online Access - View your reports,
see for yourself the status of your Server in
an easy to view format
This service has no contracts, is billed monthly
on the 1st, and is payable at the end of the month.
This service is aimed at Servers or Critical Workstations
Asset Tracking / Management
This service allows you to run
a scheduled or one-off scan of your entire network
to accurately accertain a detailed hardware and
software inventory of your IT equipment. This
can be invaluable for tracking what physical components
are in each of your machines, and to make sure
your software is fully licensed, and you dont
have too many copies installed!
The scans take only a few moments
and then the data is uploaded to our servers,
where we can monitor your assets, and where you
can view your assets through the online access
that we provide.
Bespoke software for this service
can cost hundreds of pounds. With Aztec, you only
pay for the number of device-scans that you do
in a month. This could be something that you do
once a month, twice a year, once a year, or every
other month. A device-scan is the number of devices
(server, laptop, workstation) x the number of
scans in one month.
example: if your company has
10 devices and they are scanned monthly, then
you would have 10 device-scans in that month.
If you had them scanned twice a month, that would
be 20 device-scans.
