The Remote Support tool is quick to download and installs in around 30 - 60 seconds, within a minute or two, our support team could be sharing control of your computer or laptop and providing instant real time support to get your computer running smoothly again.
The Remote Support tool allows us to view your screen, share control of your computer, collect system information and error logs, transfer files if needed, restart your computer without losing our connection to you, and even allows us access in Safe Mode. The Remote Support tool does require that you have a working Internet connection. We can connect and support Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, Server 2003, Mac OSX 10.4 (Tiger) & 10.5 (Leopard). A chat window is available throughout the session for further communication. Remote Support is charged at £0.58 (inc VAT) per minute. A minimum charge of £10 (inc VAT) applies, unless a fixed fee is agreed before the support session starts. At the beginning of the session you will be asked for credit or debit card details to pay for the support. If we are unable to fix the issue, the minimum charge will still apply. Your card will not be charged until the end of the session and the time spent working with you is agreed. |
