Placing an Order

Q: Do I have to create an account or register to place an order with you?

A: No. You will be given the choice of creating an account at checkout, but this is optional. You can always checkout as a guest without creating an account.

: I don't have a credit or debit card. Can I still place an order with you?

A: Yes. We can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. For full details, please call our local rate number 0845 899 1249. Your order will only be sent after the payment has cleared into our account.

: Can I place an order over the telephone with you?

A: Yes. You can place an order over the phone and provide your card details to one of our team. When you place an order over the phone our team will input your card details directly into the SAGE Pay secure payment gateway, once the card details have been entered and processed, we no longer have access to the card details. For the safety and security of your card details, and our staff, it is preferred that you complete your purchase online if you have a credit or debit card.

: Can I amend or change my order after I have placed it?

A: This depends where your order is in our processing system. If you need to change your order please phone us as soon as possible on local rate number 0845 899 1249 with your order number. Your order number is in the format of AZW-12345. Changing your order may delay it slightly.

: What time is the cut-off for same day processing of my Order?

A: Orders are processed as they come into us. We dispatch orders on a daily basis and need to book the courier and prepare paperwork as well as prepare your item ready for shipment. If your order is placed before 1PM we will aim to include it in that day's courier collection.

: How long does my order take to arrive?

A: We process all orders as soon as they arrive and in the order that they arrive. At checkout you will be given the option to choose Economy, Standard or Premium Delivery. Next to each of these options is an estimated maximum date of delivery.

This maximum date of delivery is calculated from the time you place your order, taking into account our cut-off times for booking any courier. We do not ship orders on weekends or Public Holidays. We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days, regardless of your chosen delivery method. If for any reason after you have placed your order we see that the delivery time is likely to extend beyond this, we will contact you and offer a refund on your delivery charge.

: How much will my Order cost to deliver?

A: Delivery charges are based on weight and location. Digital Licenses (such as AVG or LaCie Care Packs) are 'delivered' free by email. Smaller items start at £1.18 (inc VAT). Economy delivery is £6.99 (inc VAT), Standard delivery starts at £8.35 (inc VAT) and Premium delivery starts at £13.95 (inc VAT)
