Q: What is the cancellation policy for orders?

A: Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel within 7 days from when you receive your order. As part of our commitment to provide you with the best shopping experience we have extended this by seven days giving you a total of 14 days from when you receive your order.

: How long will it take to get my money back if I cancel my order?

A: We will action the refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. The refund may take upto 3 days to show on your statement, but you will be emailed a confirmation of the refund as soon as it has been processed.

: Do I have to pay to send my cancelled order back to you?

A: No. We will arrange for your order to be collected by courier and returned to us. All we ask is that you take reasonable care of the item(s) and package the order securely, print the shipping labels we will email to you and stick them to the box ready for the courier to collect. To arrange the collection we will need you to provide us with the package weight and dimensions. We will also need to arrange a suitable time for the package to be collected, and this can be from a place of work, or a friends house.

: I have been sent the wrong item! What happens now?

A: Firstly, please accept our apologies! This is a very rare occurrence, but if it has happened we understand that you will be frustrated. Please conatct us as soon as possible with your order number and we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched as soon as possible. We will try and tie the delivery of the correct item with the collection of the wrong item, but this is not always possible.

: I think my item is faulty. What should I do?

A: In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the serial number of the item. We have an excellent relationship with the manufacturers of all the products we sell, and will deal with the warranty repair or replacement on your behalf. We will email you at every stage and keep you informed of the progress of your warranty claim.

: If my item has to be returned to under warranty will I have to pay to post it?

A: Most manufacturers operate a system whereby you would pay for postage to their UK repair or warranty centre. The manufacturer then cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

: My item is very heavy. Won't that cost a lot to post?

A: Sometimes the Post Office is not the most competitive for heavier items. We suggest you look at interparcel.com
