Stock Status

Our store shows the real time stock status of products available for purchase. If an item goes out of stock, the system shows a default message of 'Due Soon'. On most products you will still be able to place a 'back-order', i.e, if the item is showing Out of Stock, you may still place your order for that item. If you are placing a Back-order we advise you to use Google Checkout as we can control when your card will be charged, and we will only charge the card when your order is ready to send. If you use Protx checkout your card will be charged immediatley. We will advise you by email as soon as the item is available for dispatch.

You should only place a back-order if you are happy that the time from order to delivery will be extended. Please contact us before placing a back-order if you would like a more accurate estimate of when the item is likely to be dispatched / delivered to you.
